Consultations by Appointment 6 Days a Week

We are open Monday to Saturday except for public holidays. Consultations are by appointment so you can be seen on time, and you can see any of our veterinarians at the time of your choice. Emergency cases will be given priority.

Emergency Service

Emergencies outside of business hours will need to ring the mobile phone number provided to you on your first visit, or on your homecare sheets. We provide after hours support and care for our clients only, so put the number somewhere safe.

House Calls

If you require a house call during normal hours, please phone in advance and the receptionist will organise a time for you. Unfortunately, for legal and insurance reasons, our staff are not permitted to make after-hour’s house calls.

Cats and Dogs

Our highly qualified and experienced veterinary and nursing staff provide a complete range of medical, surgical and other services for cats and dogs. The full range of treatment options and costs will be explained to you so that you may make the best choice for you and your pet.

Rabbits, Mice, Guinea Pigs and Ferrets

Our veterinarians are experienced in treating Ferrets, Rabbits, Guinea pigs, Rats and Mice. We provide medical services, dental, surgical and desexing services, nutritional and management advice for all these pets. Our clinic stocks Oxbow products for optimum health and recovery from illness for rabbits and guinea pigs.

Wildlife

We will always accept sick or injured wildlife for treatment and assessment and then they will be passed onto qualified carers for rehabilitation.

Behaviour Problems

Behaviour problems in dogs, cats, birds and other pets are common. We can help with barking, escaping, aggression, destructive behaviour, urinating and defecating in the house, feather picking and many more. If you think your pet has a behaviour problem, call the clinic and we will help you get things back on track.
